Group Product Manager, Engagement Platform


Role Description

Engagement Platforms (EPS) provides Dropbox with a suite of platform capabilities that enable product teams to establish systematic, positive feedback loops between our products and end-users. EPS comprises of the following key platforms – In-app Campaigns, Experimentation, Segmentation, and Analytics.
Campaigns Platform helps Dropbox reach millions of customers worldwide with the right message through the right channel at the right time with the right frequency. It is the most effective and growing channel, driving millions in ARR. We collaborate across multiple teams – Product, Growth & Data, and Marketing to deliver on our promise. 
The team is looking for an empathetic & driven leader to build the next generation platform that will serve millions of customers thereby helping Dropbox achieve its vision. As an area lead, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap & execution of the Campaigns Platform. This role will be pivotal in driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of product capabilities that deliver value for our customers. The solutions and experiences you drive will intersect with multiple internal cross-functional teams and our end users.


  • Define and deliver a product strategy and roadmap working cross-functionally between Product, Design, and Engineering.
  • Deeply understand our customers’ workflows and jobs-to-be-done to inform new opportunities to improve their experience
  • Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios
  • Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams.
  • Define clear outcomes that measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in decision-making processes
  • Prioritize between new features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence


  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product team leader (People Manager)
  • Experience in crafting and helping build scalable platforms
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Passion to understand customer needs and a strong motivation to solve their problems
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-informed decisions
