Role Description

As a Pre-Sales Technical Solutions Specialist (TSS), you understand HelloSign’s product market fit and have detailed technical knowledge of the HelloSign product suite. You have a passion for understanding customer challenges and creatively building value based solutions to resolve them. You have the ability to navigate a customer interaction that is both technical and business focused with a variety of stakeholders, up to and including the C-level. In addition, you have a passion for sharing your knowledge to enable others.
This role will support the enablement, training, and support of HelloSign Channel partners in their sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be based in Eastern US and report to the HelloSign TSS lead. 

Responsibilities

  • You are the subject matter expert on HelloSign product suite; Web App, API, HelloSign for Salesforce, HelloWorks
  • Partner with HelloSign Channel PSMs and Business Development teams to support our partners by enabling them with discovery questions, product demonstration training, technical product knowledge.
  • Work cross functionally to ensure smooth partner onboarding and long-term partner success
  • Collect, prioritize and share product feedback from partners, their customers and prospects and colleagues with the Product Team.
  • Assist partners with technical questions in RFPs and RFIs
  • Train partners on how to effectively manage HelloSign POC’s and Trial’s with deliberate outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven success working with channel partners
  • A proven track record of success in one of the following roles: Pre-sales Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Customer Support, Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tell a story that speaks to value and resonates with the audience.
  • Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution to address the customer’s business issue and technical requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following; Ruby, Python, JSON, C#, Java, Javascript, PHP, NodeJS, Apex
  • Excellent business level of English (Writing, Reading and Speaking) as you will be working with colleagues globally
  • A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like CLM, CRM, ERP, E-Signature
  • Well versed in SaaS solutions, concepts, and business models
