The team

 Our Sales engineers specialize in technologically and scientifically advanced products. They use their technical skills to explain the benefits of their products or services to customers and to show how their products or services are better than their competitors' products and work at the design and build technical products.

This position 

 The Sales Engineer focused on support our Sales Team and customers technical questions products and services. This person is accountable for exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas and driving adoption and usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader DocuSign partner ecosystem.

This position reports to the [Manager, Solution Engineering]. 

Responsibilities

  •       Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
  •       Confer with customers and engineers to assess the Solutions needs and to determine Software requirements
  •       Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  •       Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
  •       Plan and Adapt products to meet customer needs
  •       Help customer solve problems and created a DEMO, POC etc
  •       Recommend improved to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
  •       Help in researching and developing new products

Basic Qualifications

  •       5+ years Technology sales engineer
  •       5+ years in Experience Support Sales Team and customers technical questions
  •       5+ Experience in Help customer solve problems and created a DEMO, POC
  •       Oral Fluent English
