Our IT, InfoSec, Cyber Risk & Business Ops team – is in the business of trust and reliability. We create, maintain and operate scalable technology and data solutions that deliver an exceptional experience for our internal & external customers. This requires a smart, highly collaborative team who can identify, investigate, and implement new technologies to continue securely scaling our global business.
As the Senior Program Manager for data operations, you will be accountable for application data support, leading partner support operations teams, for Level 1 product support and Level 2 Bugs, Maintenance and Enhancements [BME], and support operational excellence. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, applications and operational teams to lead data operations without business disruption. You must be a proven leader with a tracker record of leading global application support operations.
You are an extremely driven individual with high emotional intelligence, a true self-starter with demonstrated experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations. And, you are a team player and hands-on expert capable of delivering the process solution required to solve complex business issues.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Director Corporate Data Solutions and is designated Flex.
- Maintain strong relationships based on trust and transparency with stakeholders
- Analyze critical operational needs for business
- Establish and own support operational metric
- Provide business insights into the data operations
- Propose and implement operational policies to develop trust in business data
- Drive values and behaviors that create a conscious culture
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and communication
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related discipline
- 8+ years of Application data operational experience
- Vendor and Budget Management
- Experience in data operations related functions
- Business acumen with an ability to communicate data story
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in ERP or CRM platforms
- SaaS business knowledge
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt as needed
