The team
Our Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimal financial management, and efficient operations across DocuSign. The team consists of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Operations, Investor Relations, and Business Operations. The Finance team partners across all organizations in DocuSign to appropriately allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and facilitate the execution of our operational plans.

This position
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will act as a key player in the growing International Finance team. The individual will be the financial business partner to senior management within the LATAM Sales organization, directly involved in driving key business decisions and strategic planning. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in providing strategic analyses and financial insights. You will be directly involved in the coordination of the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks), where you will maintain and communicate relevant performance metrics, clearly explaining the business reasons for variances and adjusting outlook models to reflect operational changes. 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior (FP&A) Manager and is designated Flex (i.e. will work from a combination of office and home).


  • Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
  • Drive ongoing ad­hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling for the expanding LATAM business
  • Coordination of the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks) and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reviews
  • Actively contribute to org structure design decisions as the business scales
  • Collaborate cross functionally to streamline day to day operational effectiveness as the company and International regions continue to scale
  • Monitor key financial metrics and business drivers; analyze budget/forecastvariances to actual and review with management team
  • Drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy by developing a deep

understanding of the financial targets and key drivers of the business

  • Partner with the company’s Accounting team for the month end and quarter end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results

Basic qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience with emphasis on analysis, financial modelling, and business partnership
  • Familiar with Google suite

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in a large corporation or SaaS technology company
  • Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive and other large well-known ERP / accounting systems
  • Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
  • Advanced in Excel; experience with building complex and detailed financial models
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with partners at all levels of the organization.
