This position
As the Senior Benefits Analyst, you oversee the day to day management of benefits supporting our over 5,000 US employees. From answering employee questions to managing multiple vendors, you are responsible for ensuring our policies and programs meet the needs of our organization. You play a key role in ensuring compliance with state and local laws, that the benefits offered are competitive and that employees have access to program information when they need it.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Benefits Program Manager, Americas, and is designated Flex.


  • Manage existing US benefits programs, including group medical/dental/vision insurance, Life & AD&D, HSA, FSA, commuter, 401(k), and COBRA
  • Administer and promote employee wellbeing programs
  • Resolve complicated claims issues, with the support of our vendors and/or benefits brokers, in a timely manner with grace and courtesy
  • Maintain compliance related to benefits administration: 401(k) audit, 5500 reporting, NDT, ACA, SFHCSO, etc.
  • Remain informed on all Federal and State regulatory, compliance and legislative changes that may affect employee benefits
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Legal, HRBPs, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Accounting, and Payroll to administer and design benefit programs that align with company and Total Rewards philosophy
  • Lead annual open enrollment and related employee benefit webinars, websites, etc.
  • Conduct new hire benefits onboarding presentations
  • Assist with developing communications and updating existing communication materials regarding benefit programs
  • Ensure benefit elections are reflected accurately in all relevant systems: payroll, with the carriers, EDI, etc.
  • Perform monthly billing reconciliation for all benefits invoices

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in benefits or related HR-program administration and management
  • Experience with Workday core HRIS, Leave, and Benefits modules and ADP Payroll

  • Strong organizational skills and diligence with follow up
  • A penchant for collaborating and providing recommendations
  • Experience with Workday core HRIS, Leave, and Benefits modules and ADP Payroll
  • Proficiency with Google suite
