This position
As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will work closely with our Recruiters to support all administrative processes. Recruiting Operations Specialists are an integral part of the Recruiting team and oversee many critical operational processes – from opening requisitions and verifying the accuracy and compliance of our job descriptions to creating and auditing the details of our offer letters. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to our various processes and coordinating with the members of the TA organization to obtain relevant information to complete your tasks. You provide exceptional customer service and work professionally, efficiently, and meticulously.

This position works in conjunction with the Recruiting Coordination team to oversee the administration and audit of all employment position-fulfillment tasks. This role will provide support, knowledge, communication and partnership to the Talent Acquisition team with regards to entry and audit of key employment information into our Applicant Tracking System. This includes partnering with recruiters, talent acquisition operations, recruiting coordinators, and HR Partners to ensure that all details in the system are accurate and comprehensive.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations Coordination and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities
• Audit, post, and maintain job descriptions on our job boards in compliance with EEOC and AAP guidelines as well as official company branded templates
• Maintain and assist the timely tracking of various recruiting processes and assist with data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Audit details provided, research discrepancies in various HRIS systems and ensure accuracy
• Be the day to day resource for the EMEA Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiters on processes and coordination of job posts and offer details
• Support and partner with the Lead, TA Operations Coordination to drive efficiencies, process and program improvement
• Oversee and manage the entry and validation of all employment position-fulfillment information into Applicant Tracking System
• Provide knowledge and training on operational processes and software applications as it relates to the operations of the Recruiting team
• Enter and audit all requested details within appointed SLA
• Communicate with business partners and manager as errors are discovered, for ongoing training opportunity of team
• Help manage shared inbox to ensure all tasks are completed
• Seek opportunities to continually create, improve, and impact operational processes
• Partner with manager to ensure programs and processes are in global alignment

Basic qualifications 
• BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
• 2+ years of professional work experience

Preferred qualifications 
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS or Greenhouse preferred)
• Ability to provide exceptional, consistent customer service to internal and external clients
• Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
• Solid computer skills, including experience with G-Suite and MS Office (Excel)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working with multiple lines of business in a high-volume setting
• Previous audit experience, report generation, and process implementation is a plus
• Professional, effective and approachable communication style, you build rapport easily and understand the value of forging positive working partnerships in both your direct team and the wider business
