This position
DocuSign is hiring a University Recruiting lead in production to hire interns and new grad talent across DocuSign while supporting the strategic planning and expansion of the University Team.The successful individual will have experience with recruitment supporting strategic Engineering, ML, SDET and Data Science roles across the technical stack as well as Sales and Business intern hiring. From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you will be responsible for managing the entire candidate process, cultivating strategic  campus and vendor relationships, strategically scaling recruiting processes, analyzing data and creating a deep partnership with hiring teams at all levels. In addition, this role will support the Director of University Recruiting by leading campus event planning, tracking all recruiting data, overseeing internal and external communications and providing internal workshop and training support for interns and new grad hires.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director – University Recruiting and Programs and is designated Remote.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the campus planning process from ideation to review utilizing strategic planning, data review across multiple metrics
  • Drive process improvements to help make the hiring process more effective, efficient and positive for both hiring managers and candidates
  • Own all on-campus recruiting efforts including career fair participation, information sessions and tech talks, on-campus interviews, diversity events, and other creative initiatives to engage students
  • Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
  • Hire new grad technical talent as well as intern talent across multiple functional areas
  • Be accountable for developing new and/or managing multiple key internal/external client relationships across spheres of influence
  • Ideate with the director on and implement innovative methodologies and recruiting strategies to hire top talent and build a robust and deeply diverse pipeline
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning existing processes to deliver an exceptional recruiting experience
  • Liaise closely with internal functions such as HRBP, Immigration and the Compensation team as necessary to onboard candidates effectively

Basic qualifications

  • 8+ years of prior work experience in recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced skills with Google Suite, and experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Ability to travel as needed and work outside of standard business hours during peak campus recruiting and event season as required
  • This role is not eligible for CPT, OPT or sponsorship now or in the future

  • Strong relationship building, client management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a penchant towards metrics
  • Robust leadership skills including communication, delivery of results, e-learning skills, and the ability to foster trust and build relationships
  • Ready to execute quickly on our recruiting strategy, including DocuSign promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision. Comfort with ambiguity
  • Exceptional collaborative skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member

  • Strong attention to detail while operating with a sense of urgency

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $106,500 – $130,200 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
