The team
Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. Our team partners with some of the largest, most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.

This position
We are currently looking for high-energy, driven, top talent from Sales, Enablement, Marketing, Sales Programs, or Sales Operations with a deep knowledge of effective tactics and strategies to break into our largest customers.

The Pipeline Programs Manager is a critical driver of global pipeline programs. This is a new role and will require someone who can work to define processes while driving programs to scale inbound and outbound inside sales efforts. You will partner with marketing, sales, and customer success on defining world class strategies and programs to engage our largest customers and seed expansion across our product portfolio. Your goal will be to identify the best way to drive impact, clearly articulate successes and failures, and scale pilot programs globally.

The ideal candidate understands sales cycles and sales prospecting campaigns, excels at relationship-building, and has a knack for organization and simplifying processes.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Director of Pipeline Programs and is designated as Flex.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with internal marketing, sales, customer success, operations and enablement stakeholders to drive key initiatives and ensure timely delivery and execution of Pipeline Programs
  • Define key sales stakeholders and develop a process for buy-in and expectation setting during planning stages, create calendars with clear deliverables for teams to ensure campaign success, communication frequency, and capture feedback
  • Analyze and identify key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns and business opportunities for DocuSign and maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape
  • Drive a consistent process to build and optimize dashboards in Salesforce.com for key business stakeholders in marketing, sales and customer success
  • Program manage day to day tasks to ensure seamless execution

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of high-tech sales or marketing experience, preferably in a field facing role
  • Proficient in ability to work across the organization and a clear understanding of Sales processes
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to lead a team in developing and delivering programs within a very high velocity, shifting environment
  • Ability to engage senior Sales leaders in relevant conversations
  • Strong knowledge and confidence in Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Eloqua
  • A sense of humor, tenacity, and grace under pressure

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficient in ability to work across the organization and a clear understanding of Sales processes

  • Strong knowledge and confidence in Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Eloqua
  • A sense of humor, tenacity and grace under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.
  • Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to “turn on a dime”, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions.
  • Sales development experience is a plus
