This position
As the Lead Technical Program Manager, IX, you will be responsible for creating, building, and owning the operational processes around the Information Experience team’s product services taking content from publishing systems to delivery endpoints. In addition to ensuring delivery of related experiences, such as the community forum, and also helping mature the Information Experience team frameworks for tracking the creation, maintenance, and management of other team functions such as technical content; UI copywriting; information architecture; internal knowledge.

You have a passion for demystifying complex processes and can comfortably bring that to bear while managing the execution of system rollouts with multiple programs across all lifecycle phases. Your target objectives will be directly linked to key business metrics such as customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead Product Manager, Information Experience and is designated Flex.


  • Manage delivery, rollout, and operational excellence of the search initiatives end-to-end to delight customers in surprising ways
  • Define communication plan for programs. Lead communication within the team, to stakeholders and at cross-functional meetings Enable clear communications to keep the team and partners informed
  • Lead operational excellence across the Information Experience team project management functions
  • Create and drive frameworks for the Information Experience project portfolio, from resource planning to portfolio measurement and assessment of investment throughput and health, to provide visibility across the team and stakeholders
  • Enable effective budget management, forecasting, and vendor intake, security reviews and management

Basic qualifications 

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years leading cross-functional, global programs
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence
  • Experience delivering technical programs from inception to delivery
  • Experience with technical content teams 
  • Direct experience using iterative or Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)
  • 6+ years of experience in program or operations experience building/managing large-scale content or product platforms; content management systems; and search solutions

Preferred qualifications 

  • 4+ years of experience with project management, program management, technical program management or operations with a technical content team
  • Relevant certifications such as PgMP or CSM 
  • Experience with security reviews and vendor intake for new integrations
  • Experience working with Salesforce Experience cloud and related integrations
  • Experience working with content, content strategy, developer documentation, localization, internal documentation, UI copywriting and information architecture teams and related toolchains
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Research, Engineering, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Qlik, etc.
  • Proven track record at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment, and helping lead coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (influencer) with all levels

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $130,800 – $184,800 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits at https://www.docusign.com/company/benefits.
