The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position
From web visits to contract renewals, the Digital GTM Strategy & Operations team cares about delighting hundreds of millions of users throughout their entire DocuSign journey.  By leveraging data-driven frameworks we help Sales, Product and Marketing identify, prioritize and execute cross-functional initiatives.  We represent a high growth and strategic area within the company and are looking to expand.

As the GTM Strategy & Operations Manager in our Digital team, your charter is to help the digital business grow.  To do this, you will leverage existing data frameworks to identify growth opportunities.  You’ll then drive cross-functional alignment around those opportunities and report back on whether the initiative worked.  This role will have a supreme command on in-quarter performance and be heavily involved in our annual planning process.  In short, you develop frameworks on how to grow the business and help realize that growth.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Digital Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of run-rate trends, or health of the business
  • Identify levers on how best to grow the business
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing & Product teams to drive the results
  • Identify and help creative ways to remove obstacles to your initiative
  • Improve insights and create novel ways to analyze the business
  • Lead aspects of quarterly business reviews and annual planning
  • Support team projects such as initiative sizing, ROI analysis, etc.

Basic qualifications 

  • Analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Presentation and communication experience
  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • BA/BS degree in a business/quantitative field or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, banking or SaaS company
  • 8+ years of experience overall

Preferred qualifications 

  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Exposure to Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Salesforce and Tableau proficiency
  • Proven track-record in fast paced environments
  • MBA, masters degree or equivalent work experience

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $115,800 – $163,575 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits at https://www.docusign.com/company/benefits.
