Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign, refine messaging around new product launches, organize captivating customer events, develop innovative social media campaigns, collaborate on playbooks and train with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist for DocuSign LATAM, you will assist the creation and management of LATAM digital acquisition campaigns to drive growth across all business segments; with a strong focus on social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate must be analytical and focused on optimization results with actionable takeaways. You should be able to identify new opportunities and growth hacking action to overachievement of monthly goals. Proven excellent communication and proficient writing skills in English and Spanish will be a plus.
This position is an individual contributor reporting to Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and is designated Flex.
⦁ Execute and maintain always-on LATAM digital programs following the integrated marketing campaign strategy
⦁ Ensure quality, clarity and consistency with brand guidelines and tone, as well as ensure all digital programs are optimized
⦁ Manage the data validation for leads submitted to Eloqua via integration
⦁ Partner with product marketing and country leaders to promote LATAM campaigns
⦁ Collect, monitor and make improvements accordingly to optimize the path to conversion of LATAM digital programs
⦁ 2+ years of marketing experience
⦁ 2+ years of recent hands-on experience in building and optimizing campaigns on all major platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, etc.
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
⦁ 4+ years of marketing experience
⦁ Proven excellent communication and proficient writing skills in English and Spanish
⦁ Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills are a requirement
⦁ Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams
⦁ Great team player, enthusiastic and proactive
⦁ Experience with Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
