DISCO is rapidly growing and we are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team.  This role would suit a passionate and motivated individual who is excited to be part of a hyper growth organization and ready to make an immediate impact. This is an amazing opportunity to help DISCO raise the bar in the legal technology domain and will make a contribution towards driving growth, demonstrating ROI and establishing best practices. 

The Marketing Operations Specialist role will help support our marketing systems / tech stack, processes and data flow management. This role will assist with lead scoring and marketing funnel tracking from lead creation in our systems, to hand-off to our sales teams, through to reporting on marketing attribution.This role will also support the marketing tech stack, ensuring that we are using technology to support greater efficiency and effectiveness across everything we do. 

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and  have a passion for operations, technology, process improvement and/or data analytics.  You will also have an understanding of marketing metrics, the importance of data on influencing marketing strategy and measurement of marketing activity on leads and contacts within the sales funnel. This role will report into the Sr Director of Marketing Operations and will support our global marketing team.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development of marketing funnel processes and reporting, including dashboards to show marketing attribution on leads, opportunities and wins. 
  • Evaluate campaign performance and present recommendations for lead lifecycle improvement (lead scoring updates, lead conversion improvement and data augmentation opportunities).
  • Assist in evaluation, implementation and team training of new technologies and processes 
  • Provide day-to-day team support related to campaign targeting,  tracking, results measurement, and database hygiene 
  • Serve as one of the team’s marketing automation SME’s; assisting the team with support as needed to facilitate campaign and lead flow

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or similar relevant field; advanced degree viewed favorably
  • Have 1+ years of marketing operations experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B marketing role
  • Experience with Pardot (or other marketing automation platform) and Salesforce integration 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment 
  • Able to think outside the box and with a problem-solving mindset

Even Better If You Have…

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Campaigns, and reporting, and comfortable building reports and dashboards
  • Experience in data privacy and protection laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)
  • Program/project management experience
  • Experience in the selection and implementation of martech 
  • Have experience working at a SaaS software platform, legal technology or high growth technology company ($100M+ revenue, 50% YoY growth)
