The Team:

The Recruiting team at Datadog is responsible for scaling the growth of our company size. Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers and marketeers, all wrapped into one. We contribute to the bottom line and have high visibility to leadership teams as we partner with our business leaders on scaling with top talent. You will have the opportunity to shape, mold, and impact how fast we grow, the way we’re viewed, and the candidate experience.

 

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Programs Manager to join this new team at Datadog and help support our Recruiting team’s growth and success as we scale. As a member of the Business Recruiting Programs & Enablement team, you will build, own and run our external partnerships and programs, including 3rd party vendor management and company wide initiatives. You’ll run point on our contingent workforce planning, strategy and hiring process as we rapidly scale. You’ll work internally across our global sites to build programs to support and enable successful partnerships with our stakeholders, such as interviewer training, and champion our diversity programs, partnerships and hiring processes. You'll collaborate with both business and tech recruiting worlds, and will report to the Senior Manager of Programs and Enablement.

You Will:

  • Streamline and standardize our 3rd party vendor process, collaborating with our procurement team to ensure successful partnership as we scale

  • Run point on building and managing our contingent workforce planning, strategy, and hiring execution across Business teams

  • Build and lead company-wide programs and initiatives, such as interviewer and diversity training

  • Next-level our diversity recruiting strategy, programs, and partnerships and help align DEI goal setting and monitoring

  • Leverage internal data and industry best practices to identify additional gaps and opportunities and build sophisticated roadmaps to address these areas

  • Partner with our Recruiting Operations team to scale our referral program and roadmap

 

You Are:

  • Someone with at least 7+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Program Management, Talent Development, Enablement or a related field

  • Experienced in building, scaling and leading large scale, global & cross-functional initiatives and programs with proven success and results

  • Data-driven with an analytical mindset; able to leverage data to uncover and measure program outcomes and success

  • Skilled in relationship management with an ability to build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders

  • Able to influence others and move leaders toward a common vision or goal

  • Able to methodically break complex problems into smaller pieces and design solutions

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment with competing demands

  • Comfortable navigating and making structure out of ambiguity
