The Team

Sales Enablement is an integral part of the GTM Enablement organisation at Datadog — a team responsible for empowering all Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to drive Datadog’s next phase of growth. We are interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse backgrounds in business development, education, management consulting, law, finance and business operations to build, deliver and optimise Datadog’s enablement programs. Our sales enablement function partners with teams across Datadog – from leaders to other GTM teams –  and ensures our company goals are met and our salespeople reach their potential.

The Opportunity

The APAC Sales Enablement Associate will serve as an operational coordinator for our rapidly growing GTM teams in the APAC region, ensuring that our systems work as intended at scale. We’re looking for someone who thrives on getting their hands dirty in problem solving.

You Will: 

  • Carry out a portfolio of logistics & operations that keep our APAC enablement system working and integrated with the Global system. This includes managing our bi-monthly APAC Sales Calls, Quarterly Sales Business Reviews, APAC Demo certification calendar enrolment, assisting with the global Sales Kickoff (SKO), and supporting the logistics around any net-new enablement program supporting our APAC sales teams. 

  • Maintain an APAC enablement calendar and records of training participation and certifications

  • Ensure that we scale by creating and carrying out repeatable & measurable processes 

  • Assist in driving education on sales processes, operational updates, and best practices to help increase productivity and adoption of internal systems

  • Consult and assist on a range of special projects and one off tasks as we scale and refine our operating model 

  • Cultivate strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Product Leadership

You Are: 

  • Experienced (1 to 3 Years) working in a sales enablement, business operations, events, or other equivalent operational experience  

  • Extremely organised and have a strong attention to detail, driving toward the most efficient process

  • Excellent communication skills, both written/verbal

  • Compelled with a strong sense of ownership, and you have an intrinsic drive to achieve great outcomes

  • A curious, investigative learner: you ask lots of questions to identify causes

  • Able to effectively prioritise projects and pivot where needed with a sense of urgency

  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced growth organisation

  • Passionate about helping others get better

  • Motivate by your appetite for learning and growing with the company as we scale

 Bonus Points 

  • Previous collaboration with sales leadership and have an understanding of a sales organisation 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel + Powerpoint, Google Suite, and Jira 

  • Familiar with a Salesforce, Mindtickle or other learning management systems
