GTM Strategy & Operations Manager – Sales Productivity

We’re looking for an experienced Global Manager CRM and Sales Productivity to join our growing GTM Operations Strategy and Scaling team. You will lead new business transformation projects and enhancements from inception to launch to scale our business 10x over the next few years. Our team solves complex problems that require insight, creativity, and execution through building scalable processes, tools and systems for our rapidly growing global business. This role will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Global GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Systems and other departments. Doing this successfully will require understanding the “day in the life” for Sales and Post-Sales teams, analyzing data, and strategizing new and improved solutions to help them do their jobs most effectively by delivering internal and external best practices.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture – the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish long term roadmaps that improve field productivity across our pre-sales tech stack
  • Own engagement between Sales and Systems and act as the primary business contact to proactively address cross-functional teams challenges, systems, data and tooling gaps
  • Build a consistent foundational framework for uncovering business issues and creating scalable solutions to address these issues
  • Design, build, automate, and maintain services to support sales systems that reduce manual input and redundancy while providing more incremental value to the GTM org
  • Drive alignment and clearly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and mitigate risk while clean escalating blockers as needed
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the GTM operations and cross-functional teams
  • Attend Dreamforce and Salesforce roadshows to drive future state development

Who You Are

  • 5-7 years of experience in GTM/Revenue/Sales Operations
  • Experience procuring and building GTM systems, including Salesforce and sales productivity tools
  • A strong track record of executing on GTM transformation and comfortable operating with incomplete data and adapting / re-prioritizing activities as business needs change
  • Very deep knowledge and strong skills across a wide variety of process improvement, technical design and implementation disciplines (e.g., scrum)
  • Independent and proactive problem solving and analysis experience (solving business problems across commercial and operations)

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.
