Accounts Receivable Analyst


As an Accounts Receivable Analyst on our Revenue Team, you will be addressing internal and external concerns via Zendesk, following up with customers with outstanding balances, posting payments and also charging credit cards. By partnering with internal stakeholders such as Customer Success, Revenue and Sales, you will assist in resolving Billing disputes.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Notify customers of delinquent accounts by Zendesk or telephone.
  • Monitor overdue accounts, receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
  • Manage incoming billing inquiries and collectability concerns. Triage accordingly to Revenue, Sales, and Customer Success teams. 
  • Help customers understand their bills, which vary with usage and plan type
  • Preparing statements for a third-party credit agency if a customer fails to respond.
  • Ad-hoc projects as they arise

Who You Are:

  • Number cruncher – Google Spreadsheet and Excel experienced
  • People-person – love building relationships in-person, over-the-phone, or via email
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on, love new challenges, and love to improve existing processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or a similar degree)
  • 1-3 Years work experience in finance,, and Netsuite experience a plus
