Sr. Manager, People Systems

The Senior Manager, People Systems will report to the Director, People Operations and is responsible for leading and growing the People System team to provide an exceptional user experience for our employees. You will oversee our People Systems strategy by configuring and identifying systems and tools that support our People Programs, Recruiting and Talent Management. You will work closely with HR and other team members to ensure the People System strategy is aligned with the broader company strategy.

The impact you will have:

  • Build the People Systems team and provide guidance as they Implement best practices from a solutions perspective.
  • Develop a road map and guide our people systems strategies.
  • Support the continued development of the people technology methodologies, tools and best practices within the company.
  • Promote communication between HR and the Business Services departments such as IT and Finance regarding people system data, reporting and integrations.
  • Manage accurate reporting, dashboard creation and data solutions with a lens on customer service.
  • Mine system data, analyze information and make recommendations on process enhancements.
  • Implement process changes based on best practices.
  • Manage permissions, security access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for all users within each of the people systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 7 years experience with HR systems and 3 years experience managing HR systems.
  • Expertise in Workday and Greenhouse
  • Experience managing HR technology programs including change management and communications.
  • Project Management expertise
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving complex system issues.
