People Operations Coordinator

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a valuable role within the People Operations team, providing support for new employees in the Americas and ensuring every new hire has an outstanding experience. You will partner across the organization to address specific requests, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help create operational efficiency in our People processes by evolving our processes to be automated and scalable. You have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice to solve urgent issues, but also have a strong ability to think proactively in order to create scalable solutions. Most importantly, you enjoy teamwork and collaboration with talented individuals. You will report to the Manager, People Operations.]

The impact you will have:

  • Support AMER onboarding activities including coordination and delivery of new hire orientation, new hire communications, background checks, I-9 verifications
  • Be the main point of contact for new hire requests, concerns, and inquiries
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, IT, Immigration, Payroll and Facilities to address issues or concerns related to new hires.
  • Perform regular audits of new hire data to ensure records are accurate and complete in Workday.
  • Facilitate new hire office hours and welcome events
  • Identify opportunities for internal process improvements to promote efficiency and scalability
  • Other projects as assigned

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of coordination or administrative experience
  • You have a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Success with managing a high volume of work
  • Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail
