Enterprise Sales Manager


Reporting into our Northern Europe Enterprise business, we need a proven leader to take our Benelux expansion plans to the next level of growth.

The impact you will have:

  • You will hire standout talent that can quickly ramp and join the small team of Enterprise Account Executives already managing our business in the Benelux Region.
  • You will lead your immediate and extended team, ensuring you coach the skills and behaviours they will need to help our customer be successful with their data and AI projects.
  • You will co-develop a business plan with the supporting Databricks functions and ecosystem partners, that enables your team to accelerate existing customer success and acquire new customers. This plan will allow you to exceed quarterly/annual usage and booking goals.
  • You will motivate and mentor a diverse team of sales, big data and AI professionals to implement your business plan.
  • You will develop strategic relationships with your counterparts at AWS, Google and Microsoft and other important delivery partners within the big data and AI ecosystem.
  • You will support the broader big data and AI transformation goals of your customers through though leadership and Executive engagement

  • You will have experience at high growth and successful companies/organisations
  • You can demonstrate longevity an impact in previous leadership roles
  • You will have experience hiring qualified candidates and overachieving on sales targets
  • You will have experience ramping and developing sales professionals operating in large and high-growth teams growing subscription services (SaaS) whilst building an inclusive team culture
  • You will have experience co-selling with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud teams in a large Enterprise customer base
  • You will know how to coach and implement sales methodologies, process and best-practices e.g Territory and Account planning, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Mutual Success Planning and Value-focused engagements
  • You will know how to engage with external partners to grow your business
  • You will support your team, customer and partners through Executive engagement
  • You will have the capacity to analyse and absorb large and varied data sets that inform your decisions and communications
