Digital CS Program Manager

As a Digital CS (Customer Success) Program Manager, you will play an integral role in setting Databricks customers up for success through scalable user journeys and content.

The mission of the Digital CS Program Manager is to drive long-term value and success for Databricks customers by orchestrating exceptional and scalable engagements throughout a customer's lifecycle.

We work on some of the most complex distributed processing systems and our customers challenge us with interesting new big-data processing requirements. In this role, you will be instrumental in the creation of scalable programs that inspire and engage Databricks customers. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to project manage marketing-related programs such as campaigns, webinars, newsletters, and more to ensure on-time delivery.

The goal is to help our customers become successful and enthusiastic Databricks champions and you will be pivotal in this journey.


The impact you will have

  • Drive user engagement and retention through scalable programs
  • Develop and help maintain project plans and schedules
  • Plan and drive the tactical execution of project and process deliverables
  • Streamline processes for efficient, timely execution of all programs while maintaining quality
  • Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables in a clear and organized manner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to track development of campaigns, newsletters and landing pages
  • Set up high impact webinars to drive user adoption and maturation 
  • Maintain communication channels by updating program trackers, keeping stakeholders appropriately informed, and updating internal wikis
  • Track and report on project progress


What we look for:

  • 3-5 years of B2B work experience in communications, project management, customer success, preferably for a technical product or company or containing strong technical aptitude
  • Experience managing the set up and execution of marketing-type assets and events involving multiple stakeholders, such as email campaigns and events
  • Understanding of marketing processes and marketing funnels
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project manager with ability to push past barriers to execute tasks on time and keep multiple projects and stakeholders organized
  • Experience working in a high velocity, dynamic environment
