Coupa is looking for a Stock Administrator to join its world class team.
Coupa’s legal team – Coupa’s legal team – composed of close-knit, talented, and creative people – is strategically-minded and responsible for providing balanced, business-focused legal advice in support of Coupa’s activities worldwide. We work and collaborate across all areas of the business, including sales, product, finance, human resources, corporate development, and investor relations.
The Stock Administrator will be a remote position. 

You will be required to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Day-to-day administration of all aspects of Coupa’s global stock program, including stock options, RSUs and ESPP
  • Maintain our stock administration tool (E*Trade)
  • Provide excellent customer service to equity participants at all levels and respond quickly to employee questions
  • Develop the stock administration function, including improvements in process and implementing automated solutions
  • Generate recurring reports and respond timely to ad hoc requests from business partners
  • Assist in the preparation of SEC filings and interface with the company’s stock transfer agent
  • Partner with our Accounting, Payroll, Legal and HR teams, as well as ensure that tight internal controls are in place and procedures are followed to satisfy compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley
  • Assist with other projects as assigned

    Requirements:

     

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Stock Plan Administrator, publicly traded company
  • CEP designation preferred
  • Experience with E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online
  • Rigorous devotion to detail and organization, while remaining strategic and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong customer service approach
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • A hunger and aptitude for learning new things (a must)
