Partner with our technical recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements for each open position and contribute to the development of new strategies to engage and convert prospects into employees
Tactically research top talent and stay updated on current business news and sourcing strategies
Find, excite, and engage passive candidates
Screen candidates for availability, interest level, compensation expectations, relocation needs, work eligibility, etc.
Develop and adjust creative approaches to gain candidates’ attention during outreach campaigns
Create an exceptional candidate experience and be Coupa’s brand ambassador
Manage a high volume of requisitions
Become subject matter expert with different talent acquisition tools including Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Fetcher, Hired, Phenom, etc
4+ years of previous Technical Sourcing and/or Recruiting experience
Clear understanding of software companies, especially in B2B SaaS space
Proven ability to screen candidates and work with hiring managers
Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies as well as sourcing tools to engage and excite passive candidates
Experience juggling multiple searches and candidate relationships
Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques and tools
Sharp interview skills, with the ability to pre-screen candidates for technical abilities
Great organization skills and the ability to multitask in a high paced environment
Strong understanding of our Coupa Culture- this needs to be reflected and searched for in each candidate
