Coupa’s Growth Marketing team is seeking a passionate and seasoned marketer to foster valuable partnerships with our sales organization to drive an ABM strategy from conception to execution in order to build, influence, and accelerate sales pipeline. As Coupa’s platform has grown significantly over the last few years, there is a significant opportunity to increase the value our customers realize by adopting a “suite synergy” mindset that brings supply chain, procurement, and financial professionals to spend smarter together. This key role will require someone who excel in campaign strategy and operational excellence, and will be responsible for the design, implementation and measurement of growth marketing initiatives. This individual is going to be aligned to our Supply Chain Sales Organization.
This role reports to the Sr. Director, Field and Account-based Marketing for North America. We are open to candidates within metropolitan areas in Midwest or East coast of United States.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with sales reps and leaders that focus to develop a strategy that supports quarterly sales pipeline and revenue goals
Work with cross-functional teams to define target accounts to engage Supply Chain stakeholders and build a programmatic approach to drive both new and expansion opportunities
Develop compelling ABM programs (1:few, 1:many) that successfully engage target Enterprise accounts (revenue $1B+) moving them effectively through the buyer’s journey
Design and implement a multi-channel strategy with campaigns to increase outreach and nurturing of key personas in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Customer Marketing
Understand the marketing operations ecosystem to independently leverage tools available to execute multi-channel campaigns
Use data and industry best practices to formulate in-depth analysis, insights and interpretation to optimize programs and plays for target accounts
Advocate for what sales needs, and keep sales informed on marketing priorities
What We’re Looking For:
First and foremost, a can-do attitude
This individual is going to be aligned to our Supply Chain sales organization so familiarity with Supply Chain personas is ideal
4 – 6+ years in Enterprise B2B marketing and/or sales
Passion for understanding buyer personas and Coupa’s suite of products to identify the optimal paths for communication, education and engagement.
Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, Alliances, Demand Generation, and Digital Channel leads on content strategy, planning and executing multi-channel programs: emails, webinars, events, digital, direct mail etc.
Prior experience developing and implementing 1:few or 1:many ABM programs
Strategic and outcome-oriented mindset in the planning and execution of a high-impact marketing plan
Experience with various MarTech solutions: Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Linkedin Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, Outreach
Creative, proactive, and resourceful mentality to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience working in the supply chain planning and design industry is a plus
Travel expected (approximately 25-30% of time) post-pandemic
