Define, drive, and track global sales GTM programs to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve corporate goals
Support and define Territory Management for the EMEA Enterprise and Mid Market segments
Partner closely with internal teams to evolve current Go-To-Market approaches and strategies
Business case building for new initiatives and regional market expansion
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support related projects as needed
Collaborate with segment Sales leaders to develop and maintain territories and organizational design
Develop key relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders
Ability to conduct analysis in excel and salesforce.com and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Own recurring regional business reviews of key performance indicators with cross functional teams with actionable deliverables
Assess regional enablement needs and work with Sales Coaches and Sales Enablement teams to deliver best in class programs
Self starter and ability to operate with minimal supervision
Proven experience in related Management Consulting, Operations, Program Management or similar role supporting a regional and/or global organization
Experience in strategy, analytics, refining and implementing processes, and program design and execution
Analytical communication ability
Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving role
Comfortable working in a continuously expanding program or line of business
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required), SFDC
