We are looking for an energetic and driven customer and supplier champion to work on the Coupa Pay team. This role will help our customers get the most out of their Coupa Pay investment by working closely with customers and their implementation teams to ensure their readiness to utilize their use of our Virtual Card Payments product.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7-10 years experience in a program or project management position within a payments or procurement role, or an alternatively compelling job history that indicates you will be successful in this role.
Build and support partner servicing model and growth while acting as the Coupa liaison between partners and internal and external stakeholders
Serve as the project manager for bank payments partners to support tracking and management of activities during the initial implementation to ensure customer readiness, which may include customer agreements, implementation activities, and configurations
Work with cross-functional teams to define customer strategy for implementation and readiness for go-live
Develop a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to identify technical product enhancements necessary to support customer growth and expansion
Create and/or enhance standard operating procedures for working with payment partners and best practices to support growth and adoption
Ability to derive insights from data in order to identify opportunities to drive supplier acceptance and adoption of our products and services
Identify areas of improvement that will result in more efficient processes and an enhanced partner experience
Measure, report, and communicate on the success of marketing metrics, KPIs, and partner engagement
Forge strong partnerships with customers, Coupa Pay partners, suppliers and Coupa colleagues
Work well in both individual and team settings both on and off client sites.
Ability to easily support multiple customers concurrently
Manage customers where up to 20% of your time may include travel.
7-10 years’ experience in either Fintech, card payments, banking or procurement system applications
Experience with B2B card payment solutions, payments compliance, and contracting is strongly desired
Virtual card program manager – credit card industry experience is strongly desired
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently
Strongly prefer a background in both Card Payments and Procurement with a focus on program or project management
Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with partners, internal teams and suppliers to execute a plan that works towards a rapid, successful go-live and adoption
Experience with Software as a Service is a plus, as is any experience with Coupa BSM and other financial payment, accounting, and source-to-pay or procurement software.
Previous consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: Coupa, Tipalti, Nvoicepay, Bill.com, Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, SAP.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have shown significant career growth as part of prior experience.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment.
Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations is strongly preferred.
