As Senior Product Manager for Supply Chain Applications, you’ll evolve, define and build innovative, differentiating and profitable products by leveraging your industry experience and engagement with forward thinking customers. These applications span Coupa’s Supply Chain Modeling tools including the different use cases in Network Optimization, Transportation Optimization, Inventory Optimization and Simulation.  Also, you will focus on areas including finding insights from community data and planning end-to-end solutions with other Coupa applications. You must possess a unique blend of business, technical savvy and supply chain domain expertise bundled with a drive to make your vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with customers to understand their pain points and find innovative solutions for the broader market. You relentlessly seek solutions that have a measurable commercial impact and can elaborate these financial benefits in the solution.

You will be responsible for applications across the entire product lifecycle from strategy to delivery with all the steps in between like defining market needs, writing detailed product requirements, providing development support, communicating the solution’s benefits and enabling downstream teams.

You are a self-motivated leader with a can-do attitude. You can communicate with all stakeholders including:
●Customers, partners and professional services to understand market needs
●Sales, to help position the product during the sales cycle
●Marketing, to support campaigns, webinars, events, pricing and packaging
●Development and applied research scientists, to support the creation of best-in-class products, algorithms, and solvers
●Support, to ensure the solution can be supported appropriately




  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain
  • Expertise in Network Optimization, Transportation Optimization, Inventory Optimization, and Simulation
  • Experience with LP and MIP optimization tools
  • Supply chain domain knowledge as a practitioner or product manager
  • Deep knowledge of AI techniques and its applicability to various problem space
  • BA/BS/MA in Computer Science or Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • You are a great collaborator who never stops pushing towards clarity and delivery
  • You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and persevere when things get tough
  • You are creative in finding solutions when the path is complex and unclear
  • You have excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize, summarize and extract  the essence of what matters most
