Provide leadership in the area of talent acquisition for organizations including Finance, Marketing and HR
Be a trusted advisor to Hiring managers and interview teams on hiring best practices
Thoroughly evaluate candidates, prepare professional write-ups and present candidates in an accurate and detailed manner
Analyze research and understand requirements to identify qualified talent
Expert on resume search portals, using search engines, passive techniques, cold calling and utilizing social media tools to identify candidates
Effectively prioritize and manage a healthy requisition load
Communicate at all levels to inform the staffing and HR teams, and management about a candidate search status
Own the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing and closing all candidates
Drive an efficient hiring process and maintain quality pipeline metrics via the ATS
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience specializing in Finance, Marketing and HR etc
Thrives in a fast paced, agile, enterprise software environment
Ability and willingness to recruit across multiple organizations
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proven track record of high close rate
Agency experience a plus
Customer focused and candidate experience obsessed
Extensive experience in sourcing and identifying candidates through social media and other non-traditional methods
