Key responsibility of the position is to own and execute on areas and items required to help optimize the execution of the sales strategy from both a management and Account Director level. This role assists the team and the SVP in all aspects of business management and field operations.




  • Define, drive, and track global sales GTM programs to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve corporate goals
  • Work with sales leader and teams to launch team Best Practices monitoring program
  • Partner closely with internal teams to evolve current Go-To-Market approaches and strategies
  • Develop key relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct ad hoc analysis and research projects and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Own recurring regional business reviews of key performance indicators with cross functional teams with actionable deliverables
  • Assess regional enablement needs and work with Sales Coaches and Sales Enablement teams to deliver best in class programs
  • Assist with various aspects of planning and execution of sales team meetings as needed







    The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
    •Based in Colorado: $80,500-94,500
    •Based in New York: $87,000-102,500
    •Based in New Jersey: $87,000-102,500
    The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
