Coupa is looking for a Sales Operations expert who can help design and deliver internal solutions to optimize and scale the Sales organization.
As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives across process and policy improvement, post-merger integration. You will provide subject matter expertise on a range of process improvement and process management activities. You will be responsible for evaluating business architecture and capabilities, data gathering and analysis, process mapping, developing alternative recommendations for process improvement, and monitoring performance metrics.
Support day-to-day operations of our Sales programs, systems and tools
Recommend process innovation and efficiencies through process analysis. User experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Six Sigma, Lean)
Identify and execute on opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to ensure we are tracking the right metrics for the business to measure/monitor the health and effectiveness of partners, programs, products and specific routes to market
Conduct and present critical analyses and recommended plan of action to global leadership team
Partner with our internal technology teams to support and deliver new capabilities and system improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales/Operations teams
Own requirements documentation including BRDs, process flows, DACIs, wireframes or other assets used to capture business needs
Participate in user acceptance, testing, and implementation activities
Create and deliver training and enablement content for projects
6 + years of experience in Sales Operations role
Experience with Enterprise technologies (Salesforce, CPQ, Clari, etc.)
Strong background in evaluating business architecture, establishing current state business process models and providing process improvement/redesign
Strong organizational and business analysis skills
Solid experience in GTM and Sales in a high growth SaaS environment
Ability to work across cross-functional groups and ensure ability to influence and execute across groups
Able to drive the business process improvement/redesign projects
Bias for Action; willingness to roll-up sleeves to get things done
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and compellingly with senior management
Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is a plus
