Coupa is looking for a project and change management expert who can deliver internal solutions to help set up Sales for success and scale the organization. 

As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for project managing multiple strategic initiatives across process improvement, system implementation and post-merger integration. You will be responsible for all aspects related to initiating, designing and delivering projects to completion, which includes change and risk management activities. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholder groups and influence without authority.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support program design, project pipeline and prioritization processes
  • Establish scalable PMO process with Global Leadership
  • Ensure alignment of projects, resources and priorities to GTM objectives
  • Sales transformation initiative program management
  • Create global alignment by ensuring solutions are applicable to our growing global team
  • Liaise with IT and Business Application teams to coordinate business roadmaps
  • Day-to-day management of projects and governance along with periodic leadership updates
  • Create and execute change management and communications best practices
  • Manage cross-functional and cross-geo collaboration

    Qualifications:

     

  • 6 + years of experience in project management / change management
  • Strong experience delivering projects across the Go-To-Market org. specifically Sales, Sales Operations and Merger Integration
  • Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project., Asana, Smartsheets, Confluence, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of key project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Sales / Sales operations experience in a fast growing SaaS enterprise company preferred
  • Ability to adapt to unstructured environments and rapid change requiring new perspectives and creative approaches
  • Ability to be highly organized and productive with minimal oversight from management
  • Ability to create and build trusting relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and compellingly with senior management
  • Bias for Action; willingness to roll-up sleeves to get things done
  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is a plus
