Field Marketing Manager Mid Market, Central Europe (DACH, Benelux)
We are looking for a high-energy, modern marketer to help us deliver growth in our EMEA region. Reporting to the EMEA Mid Market marketing lead, you will be responsible for the development, execution, measurement and reporting of demand generation and field marketing programs that support sales goals in our high-growth Mid Market segment in EMEA. You will be instrumental in growing Coupa’s awareness in the central region (DACH, Benelux), as well as supporting selected EMEA-wide programs. One area of focus will be to own and work cross-functionally to implement digital 1:Few ABM programs to move target accounts within the Mid Market segment effectively through the full-funnel buyer’s journey. You’ll lead all aspects of the strategy and execution from conception to completion, offering insights on performance. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and you are highly practical. You are not afraid to take ownership and enjoy working closely with sales, partners and customers.
How you will impact Coupa on a daily basis
Work closely with the Mid Market Sales RVP and the local sales team to develop and deliver field marketing programs that will hit pipeline and revenue goals.
Align cross-functionally with Product, Digital & Content Marketing on the go-to market strategy for your region.
Ensure quality and timely program execution across all marketing channels. Channels include but are not limited to: field events, trade shows, PR, Direct Mail, Email, Webinars, Social, Digital and Display Advertising.
Manage all elements of the plan including research, budget, planning and localisation of the messaging and content assets.
Work with marketing operations to distil the insights and performance of your campaigns into insights for senior leadership teams, and to formulate recommendations that lead to program optimisation.
Plan and implement local events with precision to deliver the right audiences for the EMEA Mid Market sales teams.Leverage PR to support demand generation and customer marketing activity.
What you will bring to Coupa
Hands-on B2B SaaS marketing experience including digital, inbound and demand generation marketing.
Proficient at using salesforce.com, webinar platforms, and user of marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo).
Knowledge of working with platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Tableau and Demandbase or 6Sense experience is a plus.
Native German speaker. Fluent in English.
Strong presentation skills and an ability to interpret data into insights for senior team members.
Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels and across a broad variety of job functions.
Ability to work well independently and within a team setting.
High degree of initiative and organisation to drive projects to completion.
Able to multi-task/manage multiple projects without losing sight of the highest priority items.
A well-rounded, modern marketer, who is self-motivated and unafraid to take action.
