Align business needs to specific Enablement Programs from Onboarding to role-based Learning Journeys as key driver for employee success, continuous learning and internal career growth
Develop trusted relationships with Sales and Services leadership
Partner closely with the Coupa University Learning and Development team
Ability to roll up your sleeves and create your own enablement content while partnering with internal SMEs and shared services to collaborate
Define business requirements across segments and functions to focus enablement activities in the most impactful areas
Responsible for leading onboarding training for new hire Sales employees
Build programs that are truly world-class, pushing conventional wisdom on levels of engagement and efficacy of enablement sessions
Achieve high quality standards, support revenue, and help drive high customer success scores
Maintain portfolio of enablement programs including onboarding; online curriculum, and facilitator led training
Manage a blended learning model to include classroom, webinars, self-paced, and event-based training, leveraging conventional and new learning technologies
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
7+ years in a software sales enablement with proven examples of execution at highly performing companies – quota carrying sales a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business or instructional design, or relevant professional experience
Experience with sales organizations operating globally and in a virtual environment
Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity
An engaging attitude – personable, approachable, collaborative and eager to help
A proactive, self-motivated approach and takes ownership for problem resolution
Self-awareness and values feedback and personal development
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, formal and informal)
Comfort working at a fast pace and with shifting priorities
Ability to handle diverse groups of employees, including an international audience.
Ability to establish credibility and create confidence quickly and easily.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Business travel may be expected of this position – up to 25%
