How You Will Impact Coupa Every Day

 

  • Responsibility for the communications strategy for Tier 1 Corporate Events and Brand Experiences in key markets across Europe
  • Responsibility for the effective coordination of internal teams, suppliers and agencies to deliver customers, prospect, partner and employee attendees to Coupa events
  • Working with design and content teams you will bring together the messaging and brand direction to ensure our marketing appeals to relevant audiences and we convert registration to onsite attendees at events.
  • Coordinate a multi-channel approach across Web, Registration, Mobile App, PR, Email & Digital
  • To provide regular KPI updates to the EMEA Marketing Team on how events are performing against pre-agreed goals
  • Efficiently manage and work within agreed budgets
  • To work closely with Product & Segment Marketing Teams to confirm the strategic messaging and top level themes of each event
  • To work closely with Field Marketing to lead effective communication strategies to relevant field sales and customer success teams in order to achieve well attended events (including various language & translation requirements in Europe)
  • To work closely with the EMEA Customer Marketing Team to source Customer Speakers from our large range of well known brands within the customer base and then market key speakers to audiences
  • To provide input and ideas for how we creatively evolve our Community Experience events and host our customers & prospects in person across Europe
  • To provide the entire Coupa Community with industry leading experiences when they arrive onsite
  • To contribute to the Global Event Frameworks and innovate event strategies with the Global Events Team

    What You Will Bring to Coupa

     

  • Experience in Corporate B2B Events or B2B Marketing
  • Experience in Corporate Marketing Team with proven experience of program or project management and the ability to manage and update multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in driving effective and creative audience acquisition strategies to grow event audiences – with awareness of full range of channels that include web, email, social, digital, PR
  • Demonstrated ability in driving EMEA wide marketing programmes and effectively communicating plans across multiple countries across Europe, including the ability to localise as appropriate
  • Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce & Tableau
  • Digital Marketing skills including social, web and email marketing platforms
  • Success in creating, driving and scaling projects and campaigns from scratch
  • Operational experience of running B2B events
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality briefs, set expectations and manage suppliers effectively
