  • Drive execution of Supply Chain strategic sales initiatives within the department and across the company and leverage best in class sales strategy & planning techniques to support leadership in maximizing sales coverage, effectiveness and efficiency of our sales model
  • Collaborate with Sales Management, Alliances, Training and Marketing to develop and implement programs to improve both the quality and quantity of sales activities
  • Develop recurring cadence of high impact data-driven insights and metrics reporting to sales leadership
  • Monitor sales and forecast progress, drive results in achieving benchmarks, analyze data, and ensure follow-through on the part of key players needed to drive specific initiatives 
  • Partner with sales and finance to evaluate and design sales incentive plans in line with analyses
  • Makes recommendation for allocating sales force 
  • Partner with sales leaders to design go-to-market strategy, allocate resources, assign performance targets and more
  • Work cross functionally to facilitate key sales initiatives within the company, at all levels.
  • Act as an adviser to Supply Chain Sales Leadership
  • Organize and own Global Sales Meeting Agenda and meeting execution
  • Attend regional sales meetings and QBRs to keep a pulse on business and help connect the dots with others across the company 
  • Define weekly, quarterly, and annual cadences and responsibilities. Organize and gather appropriate information from various departments and meetings to report that information, along with recommendations to sales leaders 
  • Develop alignment with the Supply Chain sales leaders and entire sales team to understand specific business needs and solve for those needs
  • Coordinate and manage Supply Chain market research, resourcing and growth, entity management, field marketing events, and alliance support.



  • 5-8 years of operational experience, with 2+ years in a senior analytical role.
  • Experience working closely with Enterprise or Strategic Account sales leaders in a SaaS business
  • Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can hold a meeting with directors and VPs.
  • Deep experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization).
  • Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding
  • Detail orientation with an ability  to think strategically and make recommendations 
  • Is a self-starter, but also understands when to solicit feedback and direction
  • Strong managerial and interpersonal skills
