Define, drive, and track global sales programs to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve corporate goals
Support global Territory Management and annual planning process
Partner closely with partners to evolve current Go-To-Market approaches and strategies.
Manage and evolve the global sales Rules of Engagement, Policies and Procedures
Conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support related projects as needed
Collaborate with segment Sales leaders and Business Partners to develop and maintain territories and organizational design
Develop key relationships and partner with internal stakeholders
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Define centralized operational services that support global regional leaders
7+ years of experience in related Management Consulting, Operations, Program Management or similar role supporting a regional or global organizations
Experience in strategy, analytics, refining and implementing processes, and sales program design and execution
Analytical communication ability
Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving role
Comfortable working in a continuously expanding program or line of business
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required) and salesforce.com
