This new role in Coupa’s Product Innovation & Strategy organization requires a comprehensive skill set including data analysis, analytical thinking, structured problem solving, project management, and creative thinking. A successful performer in this role can unlock several attractive career paths across the organization.
Partner closely with Product Strategy to develop strategies, processes and optimal journeys required to execute best-in-class programs which result in new subscriber acquisition
Manage and own campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results
Work with marketing operations, develop reporting frameworks to share performance trends
Ensure quality and timely demand generation execution across all selected marketing channels. Channels include but are not limited to: direct mail, email, webinars, digital, events, SEM, SEO, website, paid and organic social, and other appropriate tactics.
Continuously optimize campaigns through a ‘test, measure, learn’ approach.
Leverage the full Coupa marketing machine to support demand generation and marketing activity
Communicate campaign schedules and results regularly to key stakeholders
Demonstrable experience in developing and executing new marketing strategies and programs for B2B or B2C marketplaces
Proven inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement and reporting experience
Working knowledge of solutions such as Iterable, Hubspot and equivalent
Experience across all marketing channels and able to manage and optimize marketing budgets across tactics
Always up to date with the latest trends around demand generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intellectual curiosity with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Disciplined, self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload to achieve required timescales
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
