This new role in Coupa’s Product Innovation & Strategy organization requires a comprehensive skill set including data analysis, analytical thinking, structured problem solving, project management, and creative thinking. A successful performer in this role can unlock several attractive career paths across the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner closely with Product Strategy to develop strategies, processes and optimal journeys required to execute best-in-class programs which result in new subscriber acquisition
  • Manage and own campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results
  • Work with marketing operations, develop reporting frameworks to share performance trends
  • Ensure quality and timely demand generation execution across all selected marketing channels. Channels include but are not limited to: direct mail, email, webinars, digital, events, SEM, SEO, website, paid and organic social, and other appropriate tactics.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through a ‘test, measure, learn’ approach.
  • Leverage the full Coupa marketing machine to support demand generation and marketing activity
  • Communicate campaign schedules and results regularly to key stakeholders

    Qualifications:

     

  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing new marketing strategies and programs for B2B or B2C marketplaces
  • Proven inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement and reporting experience
  • Working knowledge of solutions such as Iterable, Hubspot and equivalent
  • Experience across all marketing channels and able to manage and optimize marketing budgets across tactics
  • Always up to date with the latest trends around demand generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Disciplined, self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload to achieve required timescales
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
