Key Activities:

 

  • Oversee onboarding process (essentially an onboarding Project Manager), which includes: Coupa portals provisioning, Coupa portals training, and training registration
  • Manage and track customer onboarding journey
  • Audit onboarding and escalate when necessary
  • Develop onboarding operational reports
  • Interact with customers and assist with any onboarding issues or questions
  • Cross-functional process compliance with Sales, Support Operations, and the Customer’s dedicated Engagement & Value Managers
  • Continuously improve the process
  • Onboard new Designated Support Contacts for customers of a newly acquired company in the event of a merger or acquisition

    Requirements:

     

  • BS/BA required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable speaking with customers
  • Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Works well under pressure and managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Takes ownership and drives projects to completion with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in working in a customer-facing role is a bonus
  • India Resource Language Requirements: English and Spanish language capabilities; Portuguese is a plus
