Responsibilities:

 

  • Support leaders across the organization with their analytical needs.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze data and reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Support the development and evolution of the organization’s analytical process.
  • Troubleshoot data quality issues and perform quality checks on reporting deliverables.
  • Support “ad-hoc” analytical and operations related projects as deemed necessary by supporting manager/operations team.

    Requirements:

     

  • 2-4 years of working experience
  • 1+ years in the B2B software industry
  • 1+ years in Sales Ops, Field Ops, Marketing Ops, or Go To Market Ops position
  • 1+ years using Salesforce
  • Strong Excel background
  • 1+ years with any BI Tool is preferred (Tableau is an added plus)
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and coachable.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Highly proactive and productive with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to multitask/work on several tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively between all levels within the organization.  
  • Hands-on: willingness to roll up your sleeves on all projects regardless of scope.
