Responsibilities:

 

  • Supporting the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Financial Officer
  • Coordinate and own heavy calendar that is ever-changing
  • Develop and create practices and procedures for handling a busy executive
  • Manage global travel schedules, review and process contracts and expenses, and maintain confidentiality 
  • Take on one-off projects as needed (we’re a hyper-growth company — projects like this are likely to occur frequently)
  • Able to triage and prioritize situations
  • Likes a challenge and thrives in a fast pace environment

    Requirements:

     

  • 3-5 years of EA administrative support experience.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Strong mail and calendaring skills (Gmail and Gcall experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Google Apps, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice; start-up experience is a plus.
  • Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to work enthusiastically across organizations and with diverse personalities.
