Technical Program Manager – Network
Cloudflare is seeking a talented and passionate Technical Program Manager to lead and manage various company-wide initiatives and projects spanning multiple quarters and teams for the network teams. This position will be based in the US or Lisbon, Portugal. You will be reporting into the Program Management Organization (PMO).
Your main role will be to partner with product, engineering, infrastructure, and technical operations teams to plan, track, and manage the execution of various network driven programs and initiatives.
Technical Program Management at Cloudflare provides you with a myriad of opportunities to effectively define, scope, and accomplish strategic goals. You will be the driving force to make things happen.
You will also be working with various parts of the organization to deliver Cloudflare services to customers around the globe.
The ideal candidate is process driven but remains flexible and iterative, someone who loves to tackle new challenges, really enjoys bringing people together as a team, and driving them towards success.
- 10+ years experience in technical program management.
- Solid, in-depth knowledge in technical program management, especially within infrastructure/technical operations.
- Proven track record on creating realistic project plans, and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Strong competency with project management tools (admin-level experience strongly preferred for Confluence, JIRA) and various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kaizen, Scrum, etc).
- Comfortable managing tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Role is based in the US or Lisbon, and you will be working with teams in various time zones.
