What you'll do
Cloudflare is growing our Recruiting team. Our focus is getting the best people to work at Cloudflare and then allowing you to do your best work. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco and Austin, where you will work closely with Recruiters, Coordinators, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers across the organization. The role is currently remote due to COVID-19, but they will be expected to work in San Francisco or Austin office after it is safe to do so. This is a contract position for 6 months to start with eligibility to be considered for full-time after.
What you can expect
- Schedule and coordinate phone, onsite and video interviews for candidates with speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Coordinate candidate travel & assist with candidate expenses process.
- Regularly maintain recruiting applicant tracking system, ensuring information and tasks are up-to-date.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high-level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally, with candidates, peers, and hiring managers.
- Spear-head candidate experience efforts, including meeting and greeting candidates who are onsite for an interview.
- Deliver a top-notch recruiting experience for all candidates during all phases of the recruiting cycle.
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the local People & Places team.
- Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional projects.
- Manage recruiting processes and projects to improve efficiency of overall Recruiting team.
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience coordinating complex, high-volume meetings or interviews.
- Experience in prioritizing functions and tasks while meticulously managing work time and projects.
- Resourceful to navigate and find creative solutions in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to solve complex tactical problems.
- Knowledge of GSuite applications.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
