About the Department

We are a multi-facetted, full funnel B2B marketing team executing on both digital campaigns and in-person programs and virtual events. Our main focus is to build awareness and influence revenue by partnering with sales teams to provide pipeline dollars and drive more closed won deals. We deliver both digital and face-to-face interactions with prospects and customers that drive sales conversions forward.  We are looking for a well-rounded, experienced B2B Marketer that will lead our marketing initiatives in the APJC region.

About the Role

The Partner Marketing Team is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic & highly motivated Partner Marketing Manager to lead Cloudflare’s partner events and campaigns in Asia Pacific,  Japan, and China regions. You will work hand-in-hand with partners on executing event and  digital campaign initiatives to grow partner pipeline and revenue with Cloudflare. You can  multitask, efficiently communicate & work cross-functionally within a partner’s organization and with Cloudflare sales, regional marketing, operations, communications & other functions. You  have a passion for working with partners, are detail oriented and have a knack for juggling  multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. The programs you oversee will contribute  to further accelerating Cloudflare’s quickly expanding go-to-market with channel and alliance  partners.

What you'll do 

  • Collaborate with Cloudflare partners, Geo Head of Channels, WW Global Partnerships,  WW Partner Marketing and Channel Account Managers in to develop marketing plans  that help drive pipeline and revenue goals 
  • Execute end-to-end physical and in-person event logistics (webinars, executive  roundtables, trade shows, conferences)  
  • Tailor global digital campaigns to partner requirements and assist partners with  implementation (email, social, inbound, PPC) 
  • Measure campaign impact through SFDC reporting, evaluate event/campaign ROI, and  present on recommendations for improvement
  • Manage Cloudflare’s MDF program in APJC, ensuring timely reviews and completed  partner submissions and compiling internal and partner-facing reports 
  • Provide onsite event staff/support when needed 

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and qualifications 

  • Track record delivering strong event experiences that accelerate partner revenue growth
  • Familiar with different types of partners and routes to market 
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate effectively. 
  • Project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple  initiatives at once 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments 
  • Results oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus  on revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals 
  • Experience with an enterprise software, SaaS or security company 
  • Salesforce & Marketo experience 
  • Ability to travel 
  • Familiarity with digital campaigns is a plus
