Transformation Manager, Treasury at

This role will sit in the newly formed Finance Transformation Team, reporting to the Finance Transformation Director. The purpose of this team is to enable the Finance Team to deliver on’s objectives through system implementations, process re-engineering (covering controls and risk management) and operating model design.

You’ll be focused on working with our Treasury Team to implement our new TMS, Kyriba, with our implementation partner, along with identifying and implementing process improvements. We’re also embarking on a programme of work that will transform our back office finance and treasury systems! You will play a key role in the treasury aspects of this programme through project managing workstreams and challenging the new design of processes!

  • Working on the design and implementation of a newly created programme to build new in house finance and treasury systems to support and enable the continued growth of
  • Creating project plans, RAID logs, RACIs and reporting on progress to governance forums.
  • Challenging our processes and working with our Treasury team to onboard best practices and automation where possible.

    About you


  • Experienced in finance transformation projects/ programmes where you are implementing systems and improving processes through process re-engineering.
  • Able to act as a project manager to develop project plans, RAID logs, RACIs and then execute a project across functions.
  • Good understanding of systems and integration approaches.
  • Excellent at communicating to senior stakeholders and team members to identify issues and propose solutions
  • Able to identify problems, define the root cause, determine the solution and propose the solution.
  • Able to translate technical expertise into solutions and process guidance to implement improvements or address user issues.
  • Experienced in data analysis, data manipulation and reporting.
  • Good knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, such as Kyriba.
