Staff Product Manager at Checkout.com:

Checkout.com is seeking an IC (Individual Contributor) Staff Product Manager to help drive the scaling of our core platform and making sure it serves the needs across our different Product groups and verticals. Checkout is looking for someone who really understands building platform products who can help drive the fundamental characteristics of our platform to best enable our internal and external customers.

 

About you:

 

  • Have lead complex Product areas that have required you to work cross functionally across many teams and domains
  • Experience managing SaaS platforms and customer APIs in Financial services
  • Ideally have a technical background and are comfortable with technical detail and working very closely with engineering teams
  • Experience working at the system level, comfortable with understanding how system design and architecture can enable internal and external benefits
  • Able to translate customers needs into clear actionable solutions across complex technical and regulatory environments
  • Ability to work under pressure, balance multiple priorities and consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Superb communication skills, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary partners to drive outcomes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English

    What you will be doing:

     

  • Defining and delivering the overall platform strategy and the associated Product roadmap
  • Defining, Measuring and tracking the success of our platform and delivering the commercial targets
  • Lead cross functional initiatives to evolve our core platform e.g migrate customers to our new account structure, define our core ledger capabilities
  • Collaborating with the other Product teams and verticals like Crypto and Issuing to ensure the platform meets the future needs of their customers
  • Working with Engineering to ensure the core technology offering can support the needs of our customers
  • Working with Stakeholders in commercial and operations to ensure the product can be sold and operated successfully
  • Working with Product Marketing to ensure we can articulate and evidence the performance and capabilities of the core platform
