Senior Specialist, Sales Systems at

Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator who is always looking for new ways to solve problems, meet challenges and improve Salesforce capability and functionality? If so, we want you to join our team and contribute your expertise to design and build world-class applications to meet evolving requirements and improve our internal Salesforce environment. To ensure success as a Systems Administrator at, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application administration and development skills and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce Administrator can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that perfectly meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

About you:


  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a Must 
  • Minimum work experience: 5 to 6 years in Salesforce Administration roles and 2 to 3 years in Salesforce Support/ Technical roles 
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products (especially Sales and Service Cloud)
  • Proficiency in Appexchange and 3rd Party application integrations with Salesforce
  • Proficiency in the knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, Native and MySQL
  • Self-motivated, proactive and provides creative solutions 
  • Requires Minimal supervision at work 
  • Methodical and pays high attention to detail 
  • Other Salesforce certifications are a plus 
  • Knowledge of Data and Analytics applications such as Tableau CRM is a plus
  • Knowledge of Pardot or other Marketing applications is a Plus

    What you’ll be doing:


  • Administrate and develop customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, requirements and company goals
  • Manage daily support and maintenance of Checkout Salesforce instance (Primarily Sales Cloud; Occasionally Service Cloud) and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements 
  • Able to effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams, Support teams and Salesforce developers to ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of configuration, testing and deployment
  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to change requests, issues and evolving roadmap 
  • Interact directly with internal teams and end-users as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces and customised applications
  • Provide system administration support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments, especially related to customised applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, workflow automation and more.. 
  • Provide technical support integrating and maintaining 3rd party applications, such as Document generation app, DocuSign, FormAssembly, connection with Marketing & Sales applications.
