Senior Marketing Operations Specialist at
We’re looking for a marketer who is passionate about all things operations and automation to join our global marketing operations team . In this role, you’ll oversee our Marketing Automation platform (currently Pardot) and play an important part in building and optimizing automated processes, as well as improving our data collection and reporting to enable key business decisions.

We’re looking for a passionate marketer who is curious about solving problems and finding solutions through technology, data, automation and processes. This is key position that stretches across all operational aspects of the marketing department and involves both a strategic mindset and hands-on capabilities. 


What you’ll be doing:


  • Maintaining and optimizing the technical backbone of our inbound funnel; Take full ownership of our Marketing Automation platform and work closely with our Salesforce team to improve the feedback loop between teams and ensure data flows efficiently.
  • Implementing automated processes and integrating new tools to collect and aggregate strategic data points. Help surfacing data insights to streamline information across the marketing org and support key business decisions.
  • Developing and maintaining lead enrichment, scoring, qualifying, and routing mechanisms, as well as continuously fine-tuning them to match the changing needs and priorities of the business.
  • Ensuring data structure, integrity, and collection processes are aligned with reporting and business needs, including tracking and attribution of multi-touch user journeys.
  • Working closely with various stakeholders across the marketing org to support their needs around campaign execution, operations and new project deliverables.

    About you:


  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing automation/operations role within a B2B business, ideally within a tech, SaaS, or start-up environment.
  • You have experience working with Pardot and Salesforce in one of your previous roles – a must.
  • Strong technical/analytical orientation, in-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, technologies and best practices.
  • Ability to implement and operate complex systems and processes and serve as an internal domain expert.
  • You are process-driven, highly attentive to detail, and consistently striving to deliver at the highest level.
  • You’re a great communicator, collaborative and comfortable working with multiple and global interfaces simultaneously.
  • Excellent project management skills, Capable of leading projects end-to-end and driving collaboration across teams.
  • A strong communicator, energetic and willing attitude
