Senior Marketing Manager UK&I at Checkout.com
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Marketer with a strong background in B2B and account-based marketing to lead the UK/I marketing strategy. This role will be focused on driving account-based campaigns and engagement across the UK/I priority prospect and customer accounts base.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining the strategy for UK/I Marketing in close partnership with the UK commercial team. You’ll look to define target accounts and develop, implement, execute and measure account-based marketing programs through the use of intent and data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with the UK Commercial sales leaders and the rest of the marketing function to deliver these programs. You’ll also manage a team of one, already in place.
Through an in-depth understanding of account-based marketing best practices you’ll use one-to-one, one-to-few, and programmatic ABM to reach and engage with our target audience. You’ll track performance and use account intelligence to optimize and iterate your marketing mix.
What you’ll be doing
Researching, building, and prioritizing target accounts based on opportunity (buyer need, persona, vertical etc.) while working closely with the Sales teams
Leading the creation, implementation and execution of ABM marketing programs, collaborating closely with the rest of the marketing team to deliver strategic assets (content, events, web journeys, etc.) that drive audience engagement
Creating and executing quarterly, yearly marketing plans for targeted lists of accounts in order to deepen account engagement – from new customer acquisition to accelerating opportunity close to expansion and retention
Deploying the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time
Collaborating cross functionally with the UK Commercial leader and the BDR team to create closely aligned programs
Defining KPIs, measuring performance, and optimizing campaigns based on data and insights. Work with marketing operations and analytics to produce regular performance reports
You have approximately 6-8 years of experience in B2B/SaaS, enterprise or demand generation marketing, and previous ABM marketing experience
You’re passionate about data, growth-minded, and with a proven track record of growing demand and audience, account engagement
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, creatives, engineers, analysts, and product marketing
Good understanding of Pardot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Engagio, 6Sense, and other marketing technology platforms
You’re a self-starter who is passionate about personalized, creative and data-based marketing. You have built programs from the ground up and know how to prioritize.
Prior experience in high growth Tech, Fintech, or Payments is a plus
