Senior Manager Financial Partnerships at is seeking a talented Senior Manager of Financial Partnerships to join the adventure and support the business’s rapid growth and expansion.

Your main responsibility will be to manage and develop strategic partnerships with acquiring and issuing banks, payment networks and payment providers.. You will contribute to the development and execution of our growth strategy in North America as a leading payment provider. 

Reporting to the Head of Financial Partnerships for the US, the successful candidate will be able to handle multiple areas of responsibilities autonomously, demonstrating excellent critical judgment with hands-on approach. This is a great opportunity to work on a broad range of projects and play a key role in building a world-class acquiring and issuing infrastructure  supporting the company’s rapid growth.


What you will be doing


  • Manage and develop acquiring and issuing bank partnerships and card network partnerships in order for us to develop and deliver payment solutions and services to our customers.
  • Ensure existing processes are followed and deliverables are met by both sides in a partnership.  Use payments knowledge and experience to design and develop new processes to scale those partnerships for growth, efficiency and performance improvement. 
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams in the partner organization such as relationship management, risk, compliance, product and operations across all levels.
  • Effective internal cross-functional collaboration with product, risk, compliance, legal, finance, operations and other teams.
  • Develop and execute a best-in-class partnership management model.  Be the single point of contact internally and externally for assigned partnerships.  
  • Use payments industry knowledge and experience to develop and execute acquiring and issuing strategies to support our growth with new products, services and market segments through partnerships.
  • Craft and implement win-win commercial agreements with payment partners.
  • Leverage knowledge about the payments industry and partners’ capabilities to act as local market subject matter experts for internal teams.

    About You


  • Minimum 5  years experience in payments.  
  • Direct experience in acquiring or issuing or managing acquiring or issuing bank partnerships to achieve payment performance is a strong plus.
  • A mix of operations, project management, business development and relationship management skill set.  A strong sense of ownership to deliver business results with a focus on managing partner relationships.
  • Strong collaborator and communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizations internally and externally.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as MS Excel or Google Sheets and presentation tools such as MS Powerpoint and Google Slides.  Comfortable working with large sets of data.  
  • Data-driven, analytical and strategic in problem solving issues and identifying opportunities to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a globally distributed team.
