Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager at Checkout.com
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated account-based marketer to drive account-based campaigns and engagement across priority accounts in the US. 

The Account Based Marketing Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the ABM strategy – prioritizing target accounts for the development, implementation, execution, and measurement of account marketing programs through the use of intent and data-driven decisions. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing function as well as the strategic accounts and US commercial teams to deliver these programs. 

Through an in-depth understanding of account based marketing best practices, you will use one-to-one, one-to-few and programmatic ABM to reach and engage with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing strategic campaigns, taking a data-driven approach and collaborating with stakeholders on the sales team. You will track performance and use account intelligence to optimize and iterate campaigns.

This role reports to the Sr. Director, Enterprise Marketing, who looks after the US and Strategic Accounts Marketing functions.

 

About You

 

  • Proven experience in B2B/SaaS, enterprise, or demand generation marketing
  • Previous ABM marketing experience is a must
  • You’re data-driven, growth-minded and with a proven track record of growing demand and audience, account engagement
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, creative, digital, analysts, and product marketing
  • Working knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, 6Sense and other marketing technology platforms
  • Self-starter who has built programs from the ground up and is able to prioritize competing projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An energetic and willing attitude

    What You’ll Be Doing

     

  • Research, build, and prioritize target accounts based on opportunity (buyer need, persona, vertical etc.) while working closely with sales
  • Lead the creation, implementation and execution of ABM marketing programs collaborating closely with the rest of the marketing function to deliver strategic assets (content, events, web journeys, etc.) that drive audience engagement
  • Create and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans for targeted lists of accounts in order to deepen account engagement – from new customer acquisition to accelerating opportunity close to expansion
  • Deploy the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time
  • Collaborate cross functionally with sales leadership and the BDR team
  • Define KPIs, measure performance and optimize campaigns based on data & insights
  • Work with marketing operations & analytics to produce regular performance reports
  • Partner with design, copy and content teams to brief, develop, iterate, and deliver creative assets for your campaigns including landing pages, emails, direct mail, advertising assets and more
  • Leverage our marketing automation systems to execute on campaigns and report on their performance (Pardot, Salesforce, ABM tool)Track performance on activities and work closely with the rest of the marketing operations team to improve overarching performance
  • Think outside the box with a customer centric approach – come up with new ways of delivering personalized campaigns to a target set of accounts to deliver value and deepen meaningful relationships over time.

    For regular full-time employees in New York City, the estimated base salary range is from : $152,150 to $179,000
